Schedule your pickup inside the portal each day. Choose one of the three windows below — your meal is prepped fresh and ready when you arrive.
Please read — pickup rules
- · Schedule your pickup inside your Demi Pass Portal in the allocated block that fits your day.
- · All meals must be picked up daily before 4:00 PM. The kitchen closes the pickup counter at 4:00 PM sharp.
- · We are not responsible for cold meals if you arrive outside your selected window.
- · Missed a window? We'll send you an email + SMS last-call reminder before 4:00 PM so you don't lose your meal.
- · Unclaimed meals after 4:00 PM cannot be refunded or rescheduled — the credit for that day is used.

How do I place an order?+
Sign in to your Demi Pass Portal, browse the menu, add items, and pick one of the three daily pickup windows.
Can I change my plan later?+
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel anytime from the Membership tab in your portal. Changes take effect immediately.
Do unused meals roll over?+
No. Your monthly meal credits reset with each billing cycle to keep everything fresh and simple.
What if I miss my pickup window?+
You'll get email + SMS reminders when your window opens and a last-call before 4:00 PM. Unclaimed meals after 4:00 PM can't be refunded.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. Cancel from your portal with one click. You keep your benefits until the end of the current billing period.
